Foremost

Foremost is designed to assist users in managing their time by preventing access to distracting applications until their to-do list is empty. It integrates with existing task lists, such as Todoist and Apple Reminders, without requiring a separate account. The app utilizes iOS's Screen Time system to enforce restrictions, ensuring that users can only access their apps after completing their tasks. This functionality is automatic and resets daily, promoting productivity without the need for constant user intervention.
