Modulize

Modulize serves as a procurement solution tailored for offsite construction, facilitating the tendering process for both offsite manufacturers and general contractors. It includes tools for take-off and cost estimation, enabling users to mark floor plans and extract quantities efficiently. The platform also allows users to find projects, submit bids, and receive structured, comparable bids, thereby minimizing communication back and forth. Additionally, Modulize aims to promote greener building practices by reducing waste associated with construction.
