Yaconf

Yaconf serves as a configuration container for PHP applications, allowing them to parse INI files at startup and store the results in persistent memory. This design enables fast access to configurations throughout the PHP lifecycle, minimizing I/O and parsing costs on each request. It is particularly suited for read-heavy configurations that change infrequently, such as database credentials and feature flags, while not ideal for dynamic configurations that vary per request.
